Our story
Offplan.One was founded by Ricardo Gorski and Elias Hermann, lifelong friends from Germany who relocated to Cyprus to pursue their vision of making high-quality property investment more accessible. Together, Ricardo and Elias combined their knowledge of real estate, tax optimisation, and international relocation to create a company designed for modern investors who want both security and growth.
